Guardian Pharmacy of Northwest Florida welcomes Jennifer Yeager, LPN as the newest member to our team. Jennifer brings 14 years of nursing experience to the role of Nurse Account Manager. Her background includes a geriatric specialty in senior and long-term care, experience in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and home care, as well as recognition for numerous customer service accolades. Moreover, she is a recipient of the Civilian of the Month Award.
Jennifer’s experience in nursing and long-term care enables us to further offer our customers a wide range of services. She will provide customer service support to the communities we service throughout the panhandle of Florida and lower Alabama. She will provide pre-survey support and customer service in each of our facilities through cart audits, med-pass observations, in-servicing, education and med room inspections. Additionally, Jennifer will work closely with consultant pharmacists as well as pharmacy and facility staff to coordinate customer service opportunities such as quality checks and med-pass observations to better serve patients.
Jennifer was born into an Air Force family on Eglin Air Force Base. She received her AA/AS degree in 2002 from Enterprise State Community College in Enterprise, Ala. We are so excited to have her on our team! Please join us in welcoming Jennifer to the Guardian Pharmacy family!
